Bossa Nova 6 Basic Chords, Related Scales & Right Hand Technique Bossa Nova came out of the coffee houses of southern Brazil in the early 1960's. This beautiful form was originaly guitar, vocal and hi-hat. The music is characterized by certain chord voicings and rhythms particular to the guitar. This workshop explores the sounds and techniques need to start exploring this amazing music and define the diferences between Bossa & Samba.
